Strawberry Espresso Tiramisu Will Make Your Tastebuds Sing!

Strawberry Espresso Tiramisu
1 1/4 cups strawberry jam
1/3 cup Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka
6 tablespoons orange liqueur
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, room temperature
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 packages ladyfingers
1 1/2 pounds strawberries, divided

Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka

Whisk jam, 2 tablespoons orange liqueur and orange zest in mixing bowl. Place cheeses and 2 tablespoons orange liqueur in large bowl; fold just to blend. In another large bowl, using electric mixer, beat cream, sugar, vanilla, and remaining 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur to form soft peaks.

Stir 1/4 of whipped cream mixture into cheese mixture to lighten. Fold in remaining whipped cream. Place strawberries in bottom of martini glass or glass bowl. Arrange enough ladyfingers to cover and drizzle Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka over ladyfingers. Spoon 3/4 cup preserve mixture over ladyfingers, then top with mascarpone mixture. Cover with plastic and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
